Our service is designed for adolescents & adults with:

  • Mild to profound intellectual disabilities

  • Co-occurring mental health conditions (e.g. anxiety, depression, psychosis, personality disorder)

  • Autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, or complex neurodevelopmental profiles

  • Challenging behaviour or significant changes in functioning

  • Sensory or communication needs requiring adapted clinical approaches

We work closely with residential care staff and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic, person-centred care.

Our Approach

We take a patient-centred, relationship-based approach grounded in:

  • Respect for autonomy and dignity

  • Collaborative care planning involving families and key workers

  • Adapted psychiatric assessments using visual supports, simplified language, and behavioural observation

  • Regular psychiatric reviews, medication optimisation, and risk assessment

Each engagement begins with a comprehensive psychiatric assessment, followed by tailored recommendations, ongoing support, and detailed reporting to meet regulatory and organisational needs.
